BUREAUCRACY AND SOME SUGGESTIONS...
We ask for a moment of your attention to avoid misunderstandings
To drive a quad you need to have a category B license and therefore be at least 18 years old.
The minimum age limit for a possible passenger is 9 years.
For the duration of the excursion, you will be rented a quad, including fuel and third-party liability insurance. You will also be provided with a certified helmet (mandatory), a disposable balaclava, and a raincoat, in case of rain, for you and your passenger.
We recommend that you adapt your clothing to the season in which you are hiking and to the weather conditions. However, above all, we recommend wearing closed-toe sneakers, trekking shoes or boots, long pants, and a sweatshirt or a light jacket. Keep in mind that you will always get a bit dirty, so avoid clothing you don't want to ruin.
Obviously, punctuality is required from everyone. In case of delay, let us know via sms/whatsapp/signal.
The indicated time includes about 15 minutes to take care of bureaucratic matters, so as soon as you arrive on site, we will ask you to provide your personal data needed for electronic invoicing, which will be sent to you by email, and to fill out the rental contract that you will be required to sign. Don't worry, we respect your privacy, we will NEVER disclose your data.
There will be a short briefing in which we will explain to you:
- How to use the quad
- The rules to follow during the excursion
Subsequently, you will need to sign the rental contract. Below are the main clauses summarized, solely to help you understand what you will find written in a more detailed and formal manner in the contract:
- The declaration that you have not provided us with false information about your personal details
- The declaration that you have understood how to correctly use the quad and to comply with the rules of the road code during the rental period (no alcohol, no drugs, speed limits, etc.), any fines will be your responsibility
- Acknowledgement that the quad provided to you is in perfect condition, fully functional, with certified regular maintenance and with third-party liability insurance
- Being responsible, during the rental period, for the correct use of the quad, the equipment provided, and any damages caused to them due to your negligence, which, if applicable, you agree to reimburse
- The release of liability (waiver) towards us for any damage suffered by you or your passenger resulting from the use of the quad during the rental period. This also applies in case of loss or damage to your personal belongings left in the quad or for damages resulting from any other cause beyond our control
- Acceptance of the privacy regulations as established by the law for the protection of personal data processing
At the end of the tour, the quad will be returned and, if everything went well, the contract will be terminated. In case of damages, the procedure for charging the identified damages will be carried out instead.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION RULES
WARNING: book online only when you are sure, because, for our protection, in case of cancellation you will be refunded ONLY 50% of what you paid, and in any case ONLY if the cancellation is made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time of the excursion. Otherwise, you will NOT be entitled to any refund. The cancellation request must be sent via sms/whatsapp/signal.
In case of bad weather, the excursion will still take place, unless otherwise specified by us via sms/whatsapp/signal. The excursion may be cancelled at our discretion, but ONLY in the unlikely event that there are actual safety concerns. We reserve the right to cancel with a minimum notice of one hour, meaning that even one hour before departure the excursion may be cancelled as we tend to assess the weather until the last moment, given the sudden weather changes to which our area is subject.
If the excursion is cancelled, it will be postponed to a future date. If you are unable to reschedule to another date, you will receive a voucher for the amount paid, valid for one year, which will be sent to you by email and which you can use for a future booking to be arranged in advance by email according to availability.
DEPOSIT AND DAMAGES
As a gesture of trust and facilitation, we do NOT ask you for any deposit BUT, in case of damages attributable to your responsibility, an eventuality we hope never happens, the contract you will sign states that you are required to immediately pay for the damaged parts of the quad upon return from the tour, under penalty of being reported to the authorities.

We advise you to adapt your clothing to the season in which you are going on the excursion and to the weather conditions. However, above all else, we recommend that you wear closed-toe trainers, trekking shoes or hiking boots, long trousers and a sweatshirt or a light jacket. Consider that you always get a little dirty, so avoid clothing that you don't want to ruin.

- The release of liability towards us, for any damage suffered by you or your passenger or by third people or things deriving from the use of the quad during the rental period. This also applies in the event of loss or damage to your personal things because you leaved them in the quad or for damages deriving from any other causes beyond our control
- Acceptance of the privacy rules as established by the legislation for the protection of the processing of personal data
At the end of the tour, the quad will be returned and, if everything went well, the contract will be terminated. In the event of damage, you must refund it.

If it’s not possible for you to postpone it to another date, you will be given a voucher, for the amount paid, valid for one year, which will be sent to you by email and which you can use for a future booking to be agreed in advance by email in based on availability.
